DOT Insider Selling Update I discovered that some of the revenue and net income numbers for DOT companies (plus PCLN and EBAY) that I reported in my insider selling table yesterday were incorrect - some of the numbers were for revenue and net income for the quarter ending in March of 1999. So, I've updated the table - all revenue and net income numbers are now for the most recently reported quarter. The good news (for those long internet stocks) is that the total insider selling proceeds per dollar revenue number for the group has come down to .86. The bad news is that the total insider selling proceeds per dollar net income for the group cannot be calculated - because the total net income for the group for the past twelve months comes out a loss of $287 million.
