Madison Avenue guys should be worrying. Worrying about the new "real estate". To sell the "real estate" the portal finds a hot property to use the portal as the official web page site, who, will attract the crowd to do the clicking.

If many spend more time staring at a PC mpnitor screen rather to a TV set, perhaps the add men will chose to put more money in this new "real estate" rather than on TV ads.

The hot property brings in his sponsors who will get clicked from there on. Guga fifth in the ATP, playing in the US Open, is the anchor he brings Pepsi, Head, Renault to the portal that hosts his web page.

Now think about all the top sports men all doing the same stuff... Pretty soon it is going to amount to something.
