KrisCo,...Sideware enters into reseller agreement with MIC

Sideware Systems Inc SYD
Shares issued 26,769,959 Sep 3 close $2.95
Tue 7 Sept 99 News Release
Mr. Owen Jones reports

Sideware Corp. has signed a
reseller and business partner agreement with Management Information Consulting, Inc.
In addition to being a reseller of Dr. Bean Internet customer service product, MIC
will also team with Sideware on joint business projects.
MIC has built and worked on e-commerce sites and solutions for companies
such as New York's prestigious Salon AKS, Brightpoint, Hastings
Entertainment and SoftwareLand. MIC also has built a transparent e-based
order fulfilment process for Many-Thanks.com -- wherein a customer is able
to choose from a variety of gifts to meet a variety of gift-giving needs.
This new partnership to promote and market Dr. Bean will allow MIC to
provide another level of service to its clients -- namely the critical and
vital element of prompt handling of customer's questions and requests
through proactive, on-line customer service and support.
James Speros states: "Business to business e-commerce revenues are
projected to increase to over $1-trillion by the year 2002. MIC recognizes
that there exists a wealth of service opportunities for solutions
integrators, and shares Sideware's vision in the importance of developing
strong critical partnering relationships." He added, "e-business isn't
merely about technology, it is about understanding how every person within
that relationship interrelates -- customers, employees, partners,
suppliers; these relationships can cut horizontally through levels of a
business and/or vertically into a value chain." He concluded by saying:
"Whether you are providing a client with a total e-business solution or
just a critical component, it is vital that your solution be tightly
integrated with the organization's overall business plan. MIC has the
business experience and integration expertise to ensure that Sideware will
always see the entire picture. With their integration business knowledge, I
am looking forward to a very successful business relationship."
Management Information Consulting has become an industry-leading systems
integrator and information technology consulting firm. MIC is an authorized
IBM business partner and Microsoft certified solution provider. They have
provided clients with business solutions based on IBM e-commerce products,
such as net.commerce. Founded in 1984, MIC specializes in enterprise
resource planning packages, Web application and custom software
development, e-business, order fulfilment and end-to-end project management
solutions. MIC excels in working with clients that have complex business
and IT requirements. The company is headquartered in Arlington, Va., with
offices in Boston, Chicago, Detroit and South Florida. MIC's clients are
Fortune 1000 and rapidly growing middle market companies in the retail,
distribution, manufacturing and service industries.
WARNING: The company relies on litigation protection for "forward-looking"

Hi Krisco....Sorry, I don't know much about the authors, aside from the fact that they like a few of the stocks that I am in. They're pretty big on Sikamen Gold, now that they've entered the internet shopping mall market, and I feel pretty positive about Sikamen as well.

I can't help but think we are very close with SYD. The PP should be approved soon, and then we will be on our way again....just wish we could keep it over 3 bucks in the mean time.
