playing the takeover arena 101:

1. finding the rumored stock...(my strong side)

2. weeding through the hype ,fluff and finding the real stuff

3. weighing in the time frame and potential price

4. know the downside risk once the rumor breaks and the stock now turns into a inplay trader

5. knowing how large of a position to take

6. knowing when to jump on board or when to jump off if things seem to be delayed.

7. the kicker is #8

8. knowing when the time is so close that you don't dare trade out of the stock because you never know when the stock could be halted...ie..FORE (20 minutes after the open)

just know one thing about me.....it will make no difference to me to try and hype a couple stocks like cs or pios (or any other stock for that matter...not my game) because most of the folks are buying such small amounts that if they buy or sell it won't affect my bottom line......i just try to call them as i see them.....and i see cs and pios in a "must hold position' now.
