Neo-
Again I disagree.

Compassion is selfless. The compassionate person may indeed feel bad, but they are not seeking something for themselves(by definition). they are seeking to relieve others of pain. charity begins with compassion. Honor can and does lead to violence at times. How many people have dies in the name of "honor"? How many duels have been fought, how many fights have been started, and how many wars have been fought for the "honor" of one thing or another?

Again, the intention of compassion, by it's very nature, is to relieve the pain of another.

At best you can make a case why honor is as important as compassion. Tell me why it is wrong for a liberal, let alone anyone, to feel that compassion is more important than honor, is wrong?
