I don't believe that could even be remotely possible given what we've seen of his educational "skills". He was also reported to be head of the largest company in NV at one point, if you recall. Turns out it was a two men and truck outfit that repaired air conditioners we were told.

AZNT 3 year proforma differs slightly from what has been released and posted:

Cash Flow over the first 3 years are as follows,

Estimated orders 200,000
300,000
400,000

Average Sale $85
$105
$115

Estimated Total sales: $17,000,000
$31,500,000
$46,000,000

Cost of Sales: $5,647,000
$10,460,520
$15,275,680

Operating Expenses: $6,567,204
$12,154,590
$17,767,560

Total Expenses $12,214,204
$22,615,110
$33,043,240

Gross Profit
Year 1 $4,785,796
Year 2 $8,884,890
Year 3 $12,956,760

I apologize for the layout but the information from June 1997 does provide different information than has previously been posted. How did their releases jump so dramatically to such higher sales and profitability? I would like to plug those numbers in and compare...It appears that started AFTER Zapara.

Well, my understanding is that he was born in Canada. And AZNT has an office there, in Concord, Ontario.

Odd how many similar names turn up in this case, isn't it? About fifty people called "Michael". Two Garys. Concord, Ontario, Concord Capital (the shell AZNT reversed into), and Andy Mann's company First Concorde...
