Joan, Sorry, I missed this one earlier. Basically, a downgrade from BBB+ to BBB does not exactly shake me. The reasons given, overcapacity and weak pricing are the same ones given for R&B Falcon at the bottom of its stock price. In other words, everything S&P says is true, but they are extrapolating a linear continuation of current factors. Making this a good spec is that things could change in USU's favor. Higher energy prices are already making folks reconsider nuclear and if they continue higher, there will be more consideration. I wouldn't bet the ranch here, but I have no problem with dumping some of the profits on my smaller oil positions into this one.
