Tomorrow's headline:

TSE upgraded their computer systems from UNIX to Windows 98, citing "improved graphics" and "totally cool interface" as the main reasons. The resultant poor service was seen as an example of "poor attitude" and "bad negativity" by customer support, who encouraged all to enjoy the "unique experience that only MicroSoft can provide".

If one trades this way they are trading blind IMHO until this gets straightened out as nothing on CSW is to be trusted with regards to TSE INFO....
