Usit QP ended Sept 4th.

Aerl....Cellular telephone stocks benefitted from a report by Lehman Brothers. The broker hiked its estimate of U.S. consumer penetration to 70 percent from 50 percent by 2007. Among the stocks mentioned in the report, Nextel Communications (NXTL: news, msgs) climbed 1 15/16 to 62 3/4 on a lift to "outperform" from "neutral" and a price target of $64, and Aerial Communications (AERL: news, msgs) rose 1 5/16 to 18 11/16 on a boost to "outperform" from "neutral." Lehman sees Aerial reaching $22. As well, the broker maintained its view of Spring PCS (PCS: news, msgs) at "outperform" and fattened its price objective to $68.

V-One (VONE: news, msgs) ballooned 2 9/16, or 114 percent, to 4 13/16. The network security specialist released its Instant Extranet Server product enabling organizations of almost any size to realize secure business communication over the Internet.

Believe a lot of the wireless stocks got upgraded today, also there were some upgrades on Friday. AERL is also seen as a takeover play, it is small, not many assume that it will remain on its own. JMO, Debra
