That's interesting! Of course, this applies to the new Game Boy which is Nintendo's lowend and not to the N64 replacement with PowerPC (can't remember its name).

The Mosys 1T sram is really just embedded dram with a good PR campaign. Was it Bilow that was recently pointing out that embedded dram affects Rambus' potential market because it eats way at the lowend where Rambus would otherwise rule due to granularity. This is a quick proof of that.
