Reason I sold are gut feel from several risks
- Next 3 quarters are going to be tough for MSFT
* Real driver is Office2000. But I don't know the
impact of star office yet
- Linux is gaining ground and win2000 is too far out
as rev. driver (at least 12 months)
- Risk of sharp short term moves from DOJ verdict
- Y2K software sales impact and market impact. Several
retials (tech data, Ingram,..) are showing slower sales
hey are leading indicators.

I expect MSFT to barely meet this Q eps and guide wall
street not to raise next Q and following Q.

Now I know why Moeffi was warning for a very slow FY2000.

Why do you guys think MSFT put strike warrants are capped
at 70 and not higher like 80 or 90.
