Yes it does look like this is for the graphics subsystem.

The item that confused me was their claim of up to 128Mbits as limit for embedded memory.

But Geez, I think this is only for graphics and the main system memory is likely to be RDRAM as you suggest.

Damn, these game boxes are getting awesome.

Perhaps they can be used for other stuff besides game playing!!!
