Your position seems to be we ought to do something, anything as long as it makes you feel like you have accomplished something whether or not the facts support the efficacy of the approach No, the point is the gun lobby and gun promoters have blown their credibility by opposing every little common sense restriction. Now, no matter what they say, nobody wants to hear it. I know I don't. Good luck with the tobacco lawyers, I think the gun manufacturers are gonna need it!
