Unpaid for stock being sent out, books not being sufficient for auditors to follow transactions, officer descriptions, projections,...something doesn't add up considering the CEO has been an executive level manager who has formed management companies since around his teenage years...<s> To: Jeffrey S. When the company made its push to sell shares early on, this is how they described Michael A. Sylver, President/CEO. Age 40. Mr. Sylver has over 20 years of executive level management, (that would have made him an executive level manager while a teenager) having formed and operated several innovative management companies in the United States and Canada. (note that he was doing this WHILE attending George Brown College of Advanced Engineering in Toronto, Canada) In current filings the management companies have been replaced with just companies...
