[Edit] Oops this was intended for Richard.

Dave Hansen likes the Antecs. I don't know if those deadbeats have put an exploded view on their site yet (like I TOLD them to).

I have an Addtronics full tower and like it a lot (it's very similar to the supermicro since Addtronics actually makes the sm cases) although I have a very basic system and would probably be happy with almost anything. Mine has a removable mobo tray but I think they don't make them removable anymore.

I don't see how you're going to avoid cabling congestion with any case since they all start at the mobo, so there's going to be a traffic jam there. I did read somewhere that someone has come up with a round ide cable (why didn't I think of that?).

I don't have huge cooling needs, but my scheme is to leave the side off and place the fan on the vid card. If every once in a while you order a BP6 and then send it back it gives you a chance to clean off your BH6 (amazing dirt accumulation with dogs in the house that go to the park, swim, etc. every day).

ars likes the addtronics cases. Here's the review:

Hi Clarence,

Thanks for the suggestions. I took a look at the PC Power full-tower models which look impressive and is probably exactly what I'm looking for, but when I called them up, and got a rude salesperson which turned me off pretty quickly.

Prices are definitely up there, especially for the very high-end model. However, the quality is there, and unless California PC has something better, I'll probably end up going that route.

Thanks again for the info.

Rich
