OK, I get it. Bush is the Republican response to
Clinton. As long as you can argue Bush isn't as bad as you say Clinton is, GW is a man of integrity. Republicans have been saying Clinton lowered the bar so long they have taken it to heart and are acting on the belief. Maybe the campaign slogan can be: Bush - He's not as bad as Clinton!

Oh, yeah, you seem to have forgotten the cocaine use. Maybe it's just me, but I think cocaine, being a highly addictive drug, is pretty serious - more serious than not having a seat belt on or betting in an office pool.
