Doug,

I read the filing and I'm amazed by the rapid international expansion strategy. I hope that IPO funds will also continue to enhance the quality of service WS provides for its domestic customers. If you look at both EGRP and AMTD, the rapid growth after their IPOs offered great long term investment opportunities for their shareholders. FWIW- I'll be buying some shares through my WS account :)

A little research and anaysis. Revenue from 98 are 8 million, 99 is 30 million est, 00 est is 60 mil, 01 est is 120 mil.

Egrp trades at 10X sales, Amtd at 13X sales.

WEBS at $13, with 25 million shares outstanding, has a market cap of 325 million. Roughly, at 10X sales now. In 2 years, they will increase revenues 4X, thus the stock should go to $52 in 2 years time.

Today's news should decrease costs, improve profitability and could possibly increase revenues. Fairly valued currently.
