CS..earnings....BO.....IMHO CS was very close to a deal with Siemens 2 months ago. Here are some facts 1) CS KNOWS that they cannot exist as a standalone networker, and they have had a 4 sale sign on their door for months. 2) Consolidation is happening fast and any telco that does not prepare for building and providing DATA will lose big over time, ..so, my guess is CS did everything in their power to make this quarter look good (Top line and bottom line) and they probably mortgaged business form Q4 to do so...with that said, they are probably banking on consumating a deal , if not before earnings, veryt soon afterward - they will not want to fall on their face in Q4 and go to $10 - this deal is close..
