The contract is valued at as much as $1 billion over 10 years.
Only in Texas ! IMHO IFCI is already involved. They have recently opened up two new offices in Texas. They intend to recruit 2000 new employees (500 Brazilians included). If every new employee generates only! 300$ revenue per day that's 132 Mio $ per year
