<<Short sellers don't want the company to fail. They have analyzed the company and judge that it is likely to fail.>>
This is crock, We as a group, the internet BB's that is, and all the shorts that live on these boards have not come up with a single argument that even suggests that VLNC will fail. What sort of analysis would that be Visnic? Would it be more thorough than the 2 month examination that CC conducted prior to loaning VLNC the money? There have been plenty of arguments against VLNC presented here, but none have come to pass. For example:
1) Massive dilution - minimal dilution to date
2) Running out of cash - funding arranged until breakeven and/or major PO
3) A death spiral - a slight, temporary, conspired price drop
4) Huge competitors squashing them by beating them to market - several announced, all disappeared, several pulled (or are pulling) out
5) Worthless patents - yet people are trying to license VLNC technology
6) No manufacturing capability - tell that to Hanil and Alliant
7) No product - tell that to Hanil and Alliant
8) No customers - tell that to Hanil and Alliant
9) Obsolete technology - what is better on the market? Nothing
10) Outright criminal fraud - wake up wexler
Did I miss any?

I didn't personalize it; Zeev said there was an ideological element to the majority of short sellers. That's personalizing it. Are you dense?
