Dear Tom:

I feel I can let some of the cat out of the bag. Please pray for Maranatha, my church ! We are keeping the faith and have all hope that the Lord is working out the details of a major purchase of a 48,000 sq ft structure. The asking price was 2.2 million and the offer of 1.0 million was countered with 1.1 million. Which was accepted.
Miraculously !!!!!!!!

This came about by the grace of God and because of the kind and generous executives of the Russell Corporation, and the Cross Creek Division. I pray blessings and honor , and prosperity for the Russell Corporation.

This will enable us to expand ministries into day care , and a Christian School, hopefully, also into praise and worship with a 2400 seat sanctuary ( starting out with a 1200 seat sanctuary ). 10 years ago Maranatha had 60 members. Praise the Lord. It has been a mighty move of God, and I have been fortunate to be a part of it...

So at this point pray that the Lord work out all details of the contract, financing with the bank ect. Then we will shift our focus on initial renovations, and then having a feast of the trumpets to call out a thousand worshipers to fill up the sanctuary. Hopefully our county can be the first county in the US of A to increase it's church membership. As of present all 3000 or so counties in this country are losing church attendance as a % of the populace. 8 out of 10 churches are stagnant or losing members and only one out of a hundred are growing by getting people saved and enrolled into church membership. The balance are growing by getting members from declining churches...... In Christ.Gregor
