Piece in today's WSJ about Congress and Clinton looking for new revenue sources so they won't have to dip too much into "SS surplus" next year. (Don't everyone laugh too hard.) One of the revenue sources listed is to pull back spectrum sold to buyers who then went bankrupt and re-sell it. Will be interesting to see whether they can do this (if they do it at all) before Nextwave case is resolved.
