Hi Richard Estes; Regarding whether or not anything we do can make a difference to an active stock... As a rank beginner, I once hit some erroneous sequence of keys and ended up cleaning out a price level on DELL, back when it traded in triple digits. I think I started a rally that lasted 30 seconds or so. By the time I was flat again, I had lost $100 and had sweat dripping down the center of my back. I ended up with a massive margin call, but not much the worse for wear. I doubt I will ever be as tense in a trade again. -- Carl
