bob, if for instance he is in contact with Levy and levy files his bogus suit finally (he has to or will face being arrested), then A@P and his band will be trading on having illegal inside information. Their posts are documented about something this week (A@P said Thursday). I believe that if there is going to be a suit filed, it will be frivolous and will definitely happen before earnings. That is what the crook did last time.
