Lucent's Stinger Missile Tuesday September 07 09:39 AM Lucent unveiled its entry into the DSL business Tuesday, launching the Stinger product for a shot at the low end telecom market. Stinger allows a user to turn one incoming phone wire into 16 phone lines, and also prioritizes the traffic coming from those lines--sending along voice, while holding up data to allow for smooth phone calls.
