This is only my speculation and is not from any official source. When I called TCT today I again got the US as I am sure those of you that called found out. I was told only that the Canadian office was closed and would be until next Monday at the minimum. I am wondering if it is a result of the working capital problem that has been a problem since the beginning of the year finally catching up with them? They shut the Canadian office until they can get some capital? As far as a replacement of the Board it is very unlikely. Comments? Curtis P.S. If I get a chance I will drive by the Calgary office and see if anyone is around.

I agree that the length of closure of the Calgary office cannot be accounted for by inventory taking. In any case, inventory normally consists of the goods in trade. Is any manufacturing now done in Canada? I no longer believe they are taking inventory. (You might say, Jim, that I have pulled my head out of the sand.) In the absence of straightforward information from the company itself, we are reduced to speculation. Is the company no longer in a position to pay the Canadian salaries? How would this square with the fact that Prescott seems to be still operating? Has anyone spoken with either Maller or Schuler since last Thursday? I left a message on Friday for either one to call, and another message yesterday for each of them to call. I assume that none of us have managed to talk to either of them. John
