OTOH, a 20 year track record is probably worth something.

I think PacWest will be a huge ipo -- they have a solid business and additional revenue from Pactel pending in the nature of $30-50 million, depending on finalization of an already favorable PUC decision.

That and Who Vision will be the near=term drivers, with some underlying support from existing public acompanies. I look for OAOT and USDC to also move up.
