These holes might be okay if the zone started from surface but the mineralization is 500 feet below surface. That's a lot of stripping to get to the copper. This is not economic in my view. Stock is going lower, I think.

You can be sure it isn't. The current price is not even reflecting the value of TG-1 and the gold cap together.

OK the financing will change the picture as the stock gets diluted, but the odds are than MAN will make good use of this money and discover another deposit.
