Rupert,

I don't consider EXDS "overvalued".

I believe in the efficient market, so whatever "value" the market assigns to EXDS is currently what it is "worth".

EXDS is obviously demanding a premium for it's growth potential and if that should change the stock price will reflect it.

You talked about how EXDS could have $1 billion of revenues. With a market cap approaching $8 billion, the market has long since assumed more than $1 billion of revenues. If you knew $1 billion was where it would level off, you could short it with comfort, seems to me.

What is EXDS going to show for operating profit as a % of revenues in about say 5 years? Is it realistic to think of 10% or 20% margins? Or is that too optimistic?
