Another stock I own, USWB, made a similar movement in the
last week. What do US Web and Oracle have in common.

They are both internet/e-commerce plays with a much better
risk-reward ratio than the pure dot.coms.

Every dot.com needs a database, every dot.com needs a con-
sultancy company that help them define and implement a
winning businessmodel.

After the plunge from recent months Wallstreet seems to focus
on "the map-sellers". Remember the goldrush-theory.

Comparison to CPWR has proven to be a good one; not ridiculous. CPWR beat estimates by 2 cents and was punished. ORCL only matched estimates and is being punished in after hours. CPWR's earnings growing faster than ORCL yet sells at a deep discount to ORCL on a PE basis. Oh, well. I own more of CPWR anyway so it doesn't really matter. Obviously, ORCL had gotten ahead of itself, while CPWR has lagged.
