ive wondered the same about gs and the lack of a recommendation.... im suspicious that they are preparing some sort of major report with very strong buy recommendation, such as putting it on their prefered list... in any case, if you look at the most successful ipos, most of them have been slow steady gainers, ie ntop, icge, ntro, gspn.... imho, iiji is gonna be explosive in the next few weeks...
