I do not blame you for looking over your shoulder. However, let me remind you of a few things that are indigenous to this stock, ECNC. 1. Tom Hughes is not your average C E O dressed in a #4,000 Armani suit and driving his Jaguar on the Freeways. This man is a down to earth genius. I know it is inconceivable in this day and age to accept the fact that someone would just want to say THANK YOU for sticking around while others bailed. In Tom's case, he wants to say THANK YOU. 2. Is there a benefit for eConnect. You bet! Mr. Hughes is no fool. This dividend has generated more good will than tens of thousands of dollars could have purchased. Loyalty reinforces loyalty. Also, see my post to BZ. 3. The biggest challenge this company has is not in its intra-structure. It is getting our name known. I can tell you our name is getting known. The proof: This afternoon I shall be singing our praises to someone at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. It's only an informational interview, but guess how I got it: The news about the 5% dividend and our latest Press release.
