Phillip, I still have not seen anything from the company regarding completion of the new proposed financing..I would be more inclined to believe the company is continuing to draw from the floorless,hence the continued selling..For what it is worth,I believe BB stocks can be shorted in the US(OTCB rules are different from the Naz rules),,borrowing the stock is usually the problem(seems to be an endless supply with this one though),,and it definitely can be shorted from a Canadian account..But again, I think it is more PP shares being floated and sold..DD

Phillip, it is not a question of legality, it is a question of collateral. The brokerage house may be left holding the bag if the stock goes against the shorter and he does not have appropriate collateral on hand. The floorless debenture is, however, a perfect collateral since it is convertible into the stock.
