Hawkeye, the site you posted belongs to Claude Levy, owner of Las Vegas Casinos, a former licensee of Starnet. LVC's license was cancelled by Starnet for failure to pay its debts to both, Starnet and LVC's own clients. In Late July LVC issued a false news release, which was subsequently killed by the news agency, to the effect that it was suing Starnet. Subsequent to that, Claude Levy, the Gambling Magazine and Las Vegas Casinos were sued by Starnet for Defamation. In what appears to be an act of desperation, Mr. Levy has been using his magazine to trash Starnet with what seem to be lies and half truths. Every week the Gam Mag writes that the lawsuit is coming that week, but in a clear demonstration of false reporting, the suit is never filed. Some believe that LVC and/or Claude Levy will not file the lawsuit because if they did they would have to submit to the jurisdiction of the court for the defamation suit of Starnet and for other legal actions. The Gambling Magazine, for the reasons stated and based on my own reading, is not worth of any credibility. It appears that its main purpose is to discredit Starnet for personal reasons and to affect the company's stock price. In addition, it is probable that the Gambling Magazine and Claude Levy, for that matter, may currently be under the scrutiny of the SEC, and perhaps other Federal agencies, for working in conjunction with shorters, or independently, to manipulate the price of SNMM's stock.
