Not trying to spin a downer onto the thread but playing ball with Msft might not always be so much fun as it appears at first glance. Current status of the last ticker tape parade I watched for a Msft JV:

Message 11066590

(Yes, I know; it's different this time <ggg>.)

I wish the best of luck to GBLX and MSFT with this venture but I'll remain a little *professionally skeptical* until I see the actual fruit of the deal starting to ripen. (Actually, with MSFT and SoftBank owning less than 5% of the deal, it might be a non-issue, anyway. What's that saying about "a little opening and a big pry bar"?)

Does anyone think GBLX share price will rise appreciably before the 22/23 Sep approval by GBLX and FRO shareholders?

I think it may linger in the mid to low 20's. Also, GBLX gets added to the NAS 100 tomorrow. That should help keep support at these levels.

**Conference Call replay numbers:**

The first one is for Investors and Analysts only.
US: 800-633-8284
International: 619-812-6440
Reservation#: 13115435#
It is a short CC, but has a few interesting parts.
About 19 minutes into the call the issues raised by Barron's are laid to rest: pricing is 2 to 3 times higher than Barron's stated. The article was "just wrong."

The second one is for The Press and Financial Analysts.
US: 800-633-8284
International: 619-812-6440
Reservation#: 13066536#
This call is much longer and more detailed.
I would say the theme is "More than just a network."

I highly recommend that everyone listen (at least once) to both calls.
(And of course, read all of the company's SEC filings.)

This is huge!
