I'm glad this happened. Wave should now distance themselves from this relationship.

I was never crazy about this deal in the first place. I feel Wave gave away too much potential revenue (all of Europe) for a measly $5 million and a couple other carrots. Granted, Wave needed the cash at the time. But, now they're in a greater bargaining position. They should fold this GlobalWave joint-venture and take on the market themselves.
