-First and formost, only 3 million float... volume surged in the final few minutes of trading yesterday.

-per the companies website, they say they are the "Primary Printing Resource" for AMZN.

-also they "primary printing resource" for Polygam Records and Concur technologies.

-IPO Central Snapshot:

ImageX.com wants to eliminate pesky trips to the printer
by offering commercial printing services at the click of a
mouse. Medium-sized and large businesses in need of
custom-printed letterhead, marketing materials, and
other items can log on to the company's Web site,
create a printing catalog containing their own logos and
specifications, and enter printing orders online.
ImageX.com then directs the orders to company-owned
or affiliated printing companies and manages fulfillment
and delivery. The company, founded in 1995, counts
Amazon.com, FileNet, and Visio as customers. Acorn
Ventures controls about 18%; Technology Partners,
15.5%; and Ask Jeeves co-founder Garrett Gruener
(through Alta Partners), about 9%.
