Did this really come from Business Week Online? It actually mentioned specific individuals by their usernames on SI?

RAMBUS DRAM PERFORMANCE: Lowest Latency with the Highest Bandwidth

According to the technical experts at Samsung, Rambus "delivers the highest performance in both areas."

This is straight from the Samsung White Paper:

usa.samsungsemi.com

Who of you out there is more knowledgeable than all of the electronic engineers at Samsung/Intel/Micron/Dell/Compaq etc.? These companies have more resources of tech. information than all of us on the thread combined? Samsung makes other competing memories but they state RDRAM to be superior over all others.

Intel could have chosen from any technology other than Rambus but they chose Rambus as the memory standard of the future. Imagine the brainpower in their company. Who of you would claim to know more than them?

I would not bet against Intel or Rambus.
