Whoa!? We are up another $1 today. 2M volume in 15 minutes.

I didn't think I would be saying this with AMD, but why the hell are we up these days? As of Aug. 9, there were 11.6M shares short. (http://biz.yahoo.com/p/a/amd.html) Maybe they are covering.

Is AMD planning to get out of the microprocessor market? ;)

It is going to happen but allow more time. There is a lot of supply (resistance) here; but, in time, the stock should eat through it. Be patient.
