Buzz,

For those who don't know... Kwikpower commenced (and publicly announced in the Financial Times of London last spring) a private placement for $72 million, which minus IB fees should net them $60+ million for their coffers.

That's why the Kwikpower announcement last spring woke me up that something may be happening with our little damaged company.

Furthermore, a quick scenario I would like to lay out. When GRNO was halted, I opine that mmkrs were not interested in holding GRNO stock in inventory, preferring instead to pawn it off on the public market under the belief that the company would never trade again.

Thus, we have seen large spreads and trades only taking place when they have inventory onhand from a seller.

It would also explain the comment that mmkrs called a shareholders trying to obtain stock.

I welcome any other opinions on this scenario. I just wanted to put it out there before anyone got jumpy and decided to suddenly dump their stock without knowing the publicly available facts and mechanics of what I think is occuring.

Just my opinion.

Regards,

Ron
