Mark, Well we are done with the PP... I am only concerned about one thing.... if someone doesn't get the stock price up somewhat here in the next 2 weeks, what happens with the Grizzard deal... I can't remember the details, other then a 23ish dollar a share closing price.... Certainly management has to be somewhat concerned about the stock we are going to have to issue to make up for that? Any thoughts... Still loving the direction of the company, just not the stock price. Rob
