So its an X Terminal with a new name. Surely not. Surely the market can't have come full circle in a period of 10 years. Or maybe we were 10 years ahead of our time in 1989 when we used X Terminals. What about NCD, they used to manufacture X Terminals and didn't do very well at it.

So there must be more inside this dratted Sun Ray thing than an X Server. Perhaps a Java renderer, or something that can execute locally. Don't get me wrong, I used to like X Terminals: they gave me access to the fastest machine in the building, rather than having an obsolete machine on my desk. I'm just finding this one hard to swallow.
