I believe the tests were real.

However they may point to some deficency in the camino chipset or Bios drivers.


Whatever the explanation, it kills me that the senior Dell engineer would present these results publicly (at an Intel conference, no less) without qualification. What a bozo.

(I am, of course, assuming that Bert has accurately represented what Dell presented. It's possible that Bert is the bozo.)
