Well, with the action today, maybe it is a positive conference. Again, who knows, but the price action is good for some reason.

And about time!!!!

Q, managing earnings and analyst conference and MOT.

FWIW, I continue to believe:

1) part of "private" audience given to Everen analyst, and his comments last week, were intended to manage expectations concerning Q4 sequential growth and Street expectations; and

2) that there was something loaded in Q's announcement two weeks ago that its analyst conference next week will be held in NYC. Why bring your show to Broadway if you know it's going to be a bust?

Interesting, that as MOT's prospects per Luke of Lehman soar based on wireless prospects, Q's counterclaims in the litigation become more of a threat. Not that the Street, apparently, is discounting anything in Q's action against MOT (it apparently is not), and not that Q's legal position is any stronger today than three weeks ago, but as MOT rides high on wireless, its vulnerability to Q's action increases.
