The plant is not mothballed because it is fired up occasionally to demo to prospects. It is out of commission as far as partners who invested in it are concerned. We hope that an infusion of capital into the GP will mean permanent operation of the plant. FYI, the number of common shares are 7.91 million at last reporting. The extra shares came mostly from the smarter partners who converted to stock. Message 9228474
