In a sense, they are not part of the "computer", but part of a vendors ability to implement good practices. When comparing companies that "really care" and have implemented good manufacturing and QC practices, I think these two areas cancel out of the equation. I would like to keep the discussion restricted to differences among the hardware. Thanks for your posting to me. Stock Bull
