Marty, Unless you subscribe to the electronic pink sheets or hard copy pink sheet quotations, your quote vendor will not show quotes. Usually only trading desks, etc have access to those. No halt as far as I know. I will try to find out the current pink quote as an fyi. As far as the lack of activity in reaction to the news release, probably the ole' buy the rumor and in this case, do nothing on the news. The do nothing version is certainly more promising than the sell the news one.
