DNB - personalwealth.com Analyst Will Donald feels that downside is limited for the stock, which is currently off some 28% from its 1999 high. He says dissidents are seen forcing directors to seek a buyer or replace the top management team at its troubled D&B operating company, which in August said that U.S. sales had fallen far short of expectations. At a minimum, he expects directors to announce that investment bankers are considering alternatives at the September 15 meeting.
