Form 10? The clock is ticking, only 10 more months until they HAVE to file or be delisted under the new NASD OTC BB rules (even if they did change their symbol from a "B" to a "Z" to be able to file later). It may seem like a long time, but relative to how long they've been promising one, well it's nothing.
