everything in those posts re MEXP was factual at the time written,
The timing and actual participants in the refi has vasilated, now i believe BOM is still the lead on the borrowing base calculation on Oct.15 before or after is anyones guess . Raymond James own research says they will go to a BUY 1 upon refinancing of the LOC, and they are the equity underwriter !@!how much info do you need,,,,,,,,,,,,
